Safe Kitchen Cooking Set For Children

This 13-piece set has everything needed for a great first cooking experience! It’s so pretty and clean up is a breeze! My just turned 4 year old loves to help me in the kitchen, always supervised, of course! These knives work perfectly on everything! He uses the crinkle cutter on cucumbers, the peeler for carrots and potatoes, and the mini shapes are amazing for veggie and cheese shapes! He loves the wooden gator to cut his bananas. It was seriously his favorite birthday present! There were many kid sets to choose from…I am so glad I picked this one!

We are a family of cooks, so when I saw the Kids Knifes for Real Cooking, 13 Pieces Kids Toddler Knife Set Include 4 Children's Cooking Knives with Firm Grip and Serrated Edges, Crinkle Cutter, Cutting Boards, Peeler and Wooden Safe Knife, I thought that was exactly what we needed to help incorporate kids into the kitchen. Overall, this is a nice set. The cutting boards and knives are nice and seem study. The knives are actually like one ‘brand name’ one I have to use in my cake pans without scratching. I am a little torn on the other accessories. The peeler and crinkle cutter both seem ‘cheap’ to me. I am guessing they were made for little hands, but just handling them made me question how well they will work and how long they will last. I am also not really sure where the handheld wooden chopper piece would come in handy, buy I guess time will tell. I do like that there are 2 cutting boards and multiple knives as it allows all of the little helpers to participate. This is a pretty nice set and I would recommend.

This is an awesome set of knives, veggie cutters, and cutting boards of you're trying to get little ones into the kitchen with you.

I'm the home chef and my 5 yr old daughter always wants to help. She gets to small things like mixing and measuring but I can't trust her not to hurt herself with knives yet.
I picked this up with the hope they would be dull as paper and cut through super soft things.
I was shocked when I went to test them on cherry tomatoes.
The serrated dull blade went through it with no problems and didn't smash the little guy into a pulp. Pic attached.

Tomorrow morning she'll be able to help prep omelets and give onions, peppers, mushrooms, and some other things a try but I have high hopes.
These are awesome and surprisingly kid safe.
I attached a video of my scraping a finger down the blade. No hint of digging in or cutting.

If you have a kid and want to introduce them to kitchen work, this is an amazing buy.
Haven't tried the shape cutters or other toys yet but all feel finger safe.
You would have to really want to cut a finger to get anywhere into skin with these.

Love it! She can finally spend time with daddy making food and I don't have to worry about her grabbing a knife and hurting herself :)

I got this set for my 4 year old daughter to start teaching her how to cut up food, as she likes to try to help me when I am cooking. Not only is this a cute set, but the plastic knives actually cut quite well. My daughter loves the shape cutters for cutting out her fruit and vegetables. I think I will be using the shape cutters and wavy cutter when cooking too, as I think both of my kids would enjoy having some fun shaped food, as would I. I am pleased with this set and would recommend it for others with little ones wanting to help in the kitchen.

This is a cute set for the toddler to help in the kitchen. The peeler and crinkle cutter seem alittle cheap but the knives actually cut.no problem chopping through hard carrots. My 4 year old grandson loves that he has his own set to help cook.
